Delightful hotel with everything fairly clean throughout and a magnificent location to amazing food spots. The rooms with large fridge, complentory wine, balcony. Nice design.

Everything was great, gorgeous hotel, the location was stunning close to Plaza Mayor, the centre of Madrid and a nearby restaurant. The room was spotless with balcony, with essentials required. The check in was quick, the staff was very welcoming.

We had 3 quiet days here, would recommend the place. It was WONDERFUL and absolutely gorgeous hotel overall, everything was great, We would give it other than 3 stars.

Wonderful hotel & fairly clean, its location is unbeatable and stunning close to many sights. The rooms are immaculate and absolutely perfect with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

This hotel is really something else. you can enjoy the fascinating cafe downstairs. Secondly, it is a short walk from the metro. Finally, the hotel rooms offer amazing views of the Royal Palace - especially those with a balcony!

This place is worth its 3 stars, it's very clean and has lovely rooms with beautiful views, and it's conveniently located near the Opera metro station.

the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, would recommend. stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was fabulous and clean, had absolutely fabulous views, stunning location on the castle. there was a comfortable bar on site.

Gorgeous hotel, perfect location to the Opera metro station and with splendid views. Well-appointed and budget room, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room. Nice interior design, comfy beds. Location close enough to palace and metro, and Puerta del Sol, the City's main square...

Every detail of the hotel was great, all the staff were enthusiastic. We had the double room which was bright and elegant with large ensuite bathroom over looking the palace. Location: the venue was just next door to nearby Restaurants and Bars and the Royal Palace in the center of Madrid and Opera metro station.

The room is great-sized and budget, that is important to us. The bed is comfy, slept really good.

This hotel is superb! it's located in a beautiful area, directly in front of the palace with a great view. Secondly, the service and staff were wonderful. Thirdly, the rooms with a view at the Royal Palace were amazing. Lastly, the breakfast with views of the palace was a stunning way to start the day.

Location: the venue was just next door to the old Madrid and centre of building and a fascinating cafe downstairs. A cool bonus was nearby Cafe de Oriente, that offered tea and coffee. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was wonderful throughout the hotel.

The venue was quiet, I enjoyed the location very close to a fascinating cafe downstairs, Opera metro station and the City's main square, and palace views. Its location was unbeatable and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from a Roman Catholic cathedral.
